About the role
YOUR OPPORTUNITY As the Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be accountable to support business decision-making by providing data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations. ABOUT YOU You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize commercial performance, improve profitability, and ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Responsibilities
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:
- Analyze sales, pricing, margin, and profitability performance across different markets, channels and products.
- Support the planning and forecasting process (Latest Estimation, Budget, Strategic Plan) by consolidating inputs from Sales and Marketing.
- Support commercial teams in managing volumes, pricing, discounts, and trade spend effectiveness to ensure alignment with and achievement of overall P&L targets.
- Support in monthly performance reviews, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Prepare timely reports and dashboards with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate accounting of commercial investments and other expenses through reconciliations, variance analysis and proper accruals at month-end closing
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate promotional activities, pricing strategies, and investment returns (ROI).
- Support business cases for new product launches, contracts, and market expansion initiatives.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and control over commercial finance operations
- Interface with Bacardi Enterprise Service (BES) and Internal Auditors to support solving issues and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure consistency of financial data.
- Willing to travel 10% of their time to the markets they will be responsible for
Requirements
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance Roles, preferred: Commercial Support, FP&A, Controlling
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience preparing reports, variance analysis, and supporting month-end closing
- Language: Fluent English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of financial processes
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (SAP, TM1 is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with Finance, Commercial and
- Shared Services teams
- High sense of accountability, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls
