PR Services Account Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• Previous PR, journalism, or media relationship experience is a big plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Qwoted is highly desirable
• Self-starter who's comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment

What you'll do Working alongside our Head of User Success, you'll own client relationships end-to-end - understanding their goals, hitting SLAs, and delivering coverage that moves the needle. But this isn't just a "keep the lights on" role. You'll help shape how we run the function: sharpening our reporting, automating the repetitive stuff, and building the playbooks that let us grow without breaking what makes us great.
