- Essential Duties:
- Daily Data Monitoring & Tiered Outreach
- Review student academic dashboards, early alert systems, and LMS data every day to identify shifts in persistence or GPA standing.
- Categorize each student into the appropriate TSS tier and adjust outreach intensity accordingly.
- Initiate proactive, relationship-based contact with Tier 2 and Tier 3 students - via text, call, or in-person - before challenges escalate.
- Document all coaching contacts, interventions, and follow-ups in the student information system.
- Facilitate Weekly Programming - Life Lab & Academic Lab
- Lead block-scheduled, in-person weekly sessions anchored in two core formats:
- Academic Lab: Skill-building sessions focused on mastering learning strategies, navigating ASU's online academic platform, degree planning, and academic recovery - building the habits of a lifelong learner and career-ready professional.
- Design and document lesson plans each week aligned to ASU Local's student development outcomes and Graduate Profile competencies.
- Continuously adapt session content and format based on student feedback, cohort needs, and collaboration with the broader ASU Local team.
