Requirements

• Firstly, you don't need security experience - we'll teach you everything!
• We're looking for someone who:
• Is 18 or over
• Has GCSE Maths or English at Grade C/4 (or willing to complete them during the apprenticeship)
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Enjoys helping people
• Can stay focused under pressure

What you'll be doing day to day: As an Apprentice Security Operations Centre Apprentice you will: Respond to alarm activations across multiple platforms Monitor CCTV and deliver timely, accurate responses Support mobile teams during call-outs Liaise with customers, contractors and emergency services Keep systems updated and maintain high-quality reporting Provide support during adverse weather, emergencies or incidents Every day brings something new - and you'll be supported at every step, to ensure you thrive! What You'll build skills in: Incident response & decision-making Professional communication Customer service & client care Technology and security system monitoring Organisational skills & prioritisation Problem-solving under pressure These skills are hugely transferable and open doors to multiple future careers - both within security and beyond. You'll learn how to manage incidents professionally, confidently and with precision - becoming an essential part of keeping people and property safe.
