Implement Office NPS and feedback cycles; translate insights into prioritized improvements. Manage purchase requests, invoice checks, and basic operational budgeting and reporting. Support events and culture activities that help people feel connected. Demonstrated service mindset and proactive problem-solving approach. Comfortable with basic budgeting and invoice handling. Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish. German is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Jira/Confluence or ticketing tools is a plus. Willingness to be onsite 5 days/week in Valencia and support move-related activities that may require additional hours.
