About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join Nord Security's growing Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs team. This is a cross-cutting role that sits at the heart of the team's operations: you will keep complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams on track, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and free up senior team members to focus on substance. In practice, you will function as a chief of staff for the team - owning the operating rhythm, driving accountability, and ensuring the team is always prepared and coordinated. Main Responsibilities Project & workstream management: Own the team's project tracker; maintain a clear picture of all active workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies. Proactively flag risks and bottlenecks before they become problems. Follow-up & accountability: Chase action items across the team and with stakeholders (inside the company and externally). Ensure commitments made in meetings are captured, assigned, and followed through. Planning & documentation: Draft and maintain planning documents, agendas, briefing notes, run-of-show documents, and meeting summaries. Keep shared resources organised and up to date. Meeting & event coordination: Prepare materials ahead of meetings with external stakeholders. Coordinate logistics for events, visits, and roundtables. Stakeholder tracking: Maintain an up-to-date map of relevant policy stakeholders, regulatory timelines, and consultation processes across the team's priority areas. Reporting & updates: Prepare internal progress reports and status updates for team leadership. Synthesise information from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable summaries. Core Requirements
