Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: You plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Search, PMax, Display) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth on makerverse.com.
  • Funnel & Tracking Optimization: You collaborate with the Platform team to ensure clean tracking across GA4, Mixpanel, and HubSpot, enabling reliable, data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement : You work closely with the Sales team to ensure campaigns target the right industries (e.g. Aerospace, MedTech) and attract high-value decision-makers.
  • Conversion Optimization: You build and optimize landing pages in Unbounce and WordPress to maximize conversion rates from paid traffic.
  • Paid Search Focus: You continuously improve campaign structure, targeting, and performance across Search, PMax, and Display to capture and convert high-intent demand.
  • Collaboration: You maintain a strong feedback loop across teams, sharing insights to continuously improve performance.

  • Google Ads Ownership: Solid hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Display), including setup, optimization, and performance ownership. You have worked independently on campaigns and are confident managing them end-to-end.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You have a strong ability to work with data and deriving actionable insights. Experience with GA4 and/or Mixpanel is a strong plus.
  • MarTech & Tracking Tools: Familiarity with tools like GTM, HubSpot, or Unbounce to support tracking, campaign setup, and landing page optimization.
  • Sales & Funnel Understanding: You understand how marketing contributes to pipeline and enjoy collaborating with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Testing & Optimization: Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a strong drive to continuously improve CPA, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Language: Professional English required. German is a strong plus given our core market.

Your MissionWe're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who wants to do more than just run campaigns - someone excited to actively shape how companies source and manufacture parts through MakerVerse.In this role, you'll own our digital acquisition engine end-to-end, turning high-intent B2B demand into measurable business impact. From the first search to the final order, you'll optimize every step of the funnel across Search, PMax, and Display - working closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and revenue.
