Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of patient safety, advocating for patient-centered care and promoting best practices in infection control, pain management, and clinical protocols
  • Address and resolve patient complaints or concerns, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and quality of care
  • The ideal candidate must have at least 3-5 years of clinical experience and at least 1 year as an RN Director/Manager. Additionally, they should possess a current BLS certification and be eligible for State licensure. Additional certifications may be required.
