Within the Technical Function, Commercial Products Supply (CPS) is a critical part of the Advantaged Supply Chain, manufacturing concentrates and beverage bases for bottling partners around the world. CPS operates a global network of manufacturing sites and offices, while also managing complex juice supply chains in partnership with bottlers. The Warehouse Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant flow of ingredients, packaging, concentrates, and beverage bases across the Mexico supply network. This role leads multi-site warehouse operations, developing people, processes, and capabilities to meet operational, quality, environmental, health, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a people-focused leader with strong warehouse and logistics expertise, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-accountability environment. What You'll Do for Us Lead warehouse operations across multiple sites, including the Distribution Center, Raw Materials Warehouse, and Concentrate Plant Warehouse, ensuring reliable receiving, storage, and delivery of ingredients, packaging, concentrates, and beverage bases from internal and external suppliers. Manage human, warehousing, and budgetary resources to achieve warehouse performance targets related to service, cost, inventory accuracy, safety, and quality. Establish and maintain robust process controls aligned with company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems, promoting food safety, Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP), and timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with Good Warehousing Practices and HACCP/FSSC requirements, as well as all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, across all warehouse activities. Oversee key warehouse processes, including ingredient and packaging receipts, inspection and sampling, storage of flammable, corrosive, ambient, chilled, frozen, and allergen materials, kitting and container loading, control of non-conforming materials, cycle counting, internal logistics movements, and spare parts management. Assess short- and long-term warehouse capacity needs, identifying constraints and leading the implementation of new technologies, layouts, and process improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency. Review and support warehouse capital projects, contributing input on equipment selection, layout design, and operational readiness. Build a safe and inclusive workplace by identifying technical and developmental training needs, coaching team leaders, and enabling high performance and engagement across warehouse teams. Actively participate in health, safety, and environmental initiatives, understanding risk matrices within the area of responsibility and taking appropriate action to mitigate operational risks. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience enabling effective warehouse leadership. Three to five years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations leadership within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Demonstrated experience leading others, including team leaders and frontline associates, with accountability for performance, engagement, and development. Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and inventory control processes in regulated, high-volume operations. Proficiency in SAP modules related to warehouse and inventory management (MM, SD, IM, EWM); experience with S/4HANA is desirable. Experience managing operational budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation to meet performance and cost objectives. Strong knowledge of Quality, Food Safety, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, including HACCP/FSSC and Good Warehousing Practices. Proven ability to identify process gaps, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to address deviations, customer complaints, and material handling issues. Capability to balance changing priorities and business demands through effective time management, delegation, and structured follow-up. Fluent English, required for collaboration with global stakeholders, concentrate plants, and technical teams. Postgraduate education in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
