We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, leading kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and quality standards. Plan and develop menus in collaboration with management. Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service. Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Inspect and manage food inventory and place orders when necessary. Minimize food waste and maintain effective cost control. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and all workstations. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen procedures. Ensure all kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained in good working condition. Address customer feedback related to food quality and implement improvements when required. Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure efficient service and an excellent dining experience.
