Working Location: Jurong East or Orchard New Hire Incentive: $500 worth of Sulwhasoo products Job Summary To be able to let customers feel and experience the traditional aesthetic of Korea for a better well being Promote Sulwhasoo facial and products to help increase sales Able to answer customers' enquiries and help to book next appointment Job Description Provide professional advice to customers on treatments performed Perform facial massage treatment Analyze skin type and advise on daily skin care regime Use a variety of treatments to treat individual skin conditions Use of brand's products tailored to a client's needs, taking into account skin type, skin condition, age and personal requirements Receiving bookings and arranging appointments Maintain good customer relationship and client records Job Requirement Relevant certification in beauty therapy (e.g. CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or equivalent) Open to candidates without experience from beauty schools; training will be provided Ability to perform traditional facial treatments (no machine-based treatments or extractions required) Customer service-oriented with the ability to build rapport with clients Positive attitude, team player, and proactive mindset Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Employee Benefits New & Attractive Salary Package 6 off days per month Working hours: 11am-9pm Group Insurance Coverage AWS & Performance Bonus Career progression opportunities
