About the role

We are looking for two PeopleStuff Transformation Interns to support the delivery of Foodstuffs North Island's enterprise Employee Experience transformation programme. In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams, stores, and EY to support change readiness, programme coordination, and adoption activities across a large, complex programme.

Responsibilities

  • Support change readiness activities ahead of programme milestones.
  • Prepare materials and insights to support the Change Manager and broader programme team.
  • Translate programme content into clear, user-friendly language for store and supply teams.
  • Partner with communications teams to support effective change and adoption.
  • Assist with workshops, including preparation, facilitation support, and capturing feedback.
