About the role
This role is focused on a unique and critical moment in a customer's lifecycle: growth and change . In senior living, this often means: An operator acquires a new community and needs to quickly bring it onto their existing systems and processes A community transitions to a new operator, requiring operational, clinical, and financial systems to be reconfigured An existing customer expands their use of August by adopting additional products or modules These are not net-new implementations. Instead, you'll be stepping into environments that are already live-often complex, highly customized, and evolving.
