THE JOB: As a Pool Attendant at ARIA, you will help create a refined and welcoming poolside experience within one of the resort's most sought-after amenities. With your warm, professional demeanor and attentive service, you will set the stage for exceptional guest interactions from arrival through departure. By understanding each guest's unique preferences and needs, you will own their experience-creating thoughtful WOW moments and lasting memories that reflect ARIA's commitment to elevated, personalized hospitality. THE STARTING RATE: $14 USD Hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Welcome guests to the pool and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, assisting with seating, cabanas or general pool information Respond to and resolve guest complaints, exceed guest expectations and provide other supporting services Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift, assist with desk and towel duties, assist with setting up cabanas, maintain the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shift including straightening chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, and all other duties Provide CPR or first aid if needed and follow emergency protocols Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 16 years of age or older Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays preferred 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as an attendant for a Pool or similar resort environment preferred THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more!
