About the role
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our fast-paced international team. You will be responsible for: Building and maintaining relationships with our partners/ brokers in the region. Working with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service to existing and potential buyers. Assist with marketing and organizing company events. Handling day-to-day operations as well as providing team support as needed. Assisting brokers with their appointments with potential buyers in the office. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree (Commonly in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or Related field) Good understanding of the real estate markets in London. Past people management experience would be highly advantageous. Prior after-sales end-to-end knowledge or experience will be highly advantageous. Business development experience, preferably in Real Estate sector. Ability to build a rapport with senior managers / directors as well as partners from all levels. Ability to adapt approach for maximum conversion. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Passionate about real estate, highly-motivated and adaptable. Strong work ethics and a great team player. Willing to work on weekends for supporting exhibitions. Business Travels to UK or other locations as and when required.
