Participate in the strategic development of our benefits, retirement, and well-being strategy on a global scale.Lead the hands-on implementation and management of new benefit programs and plan design changes.Design and handle the end-to-end process for benefits updates, including initiation, data validation, approval flows, and budget allocation by involving all the necessary parties, including country HRMs, Tax, Accounting, and Payroll departments, and main approvers.Analyze program use, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure all plans are compliant with regional regulations and company policies.Collate employees' insights around benefits through surveys and feedback.Develop comprehensive communications around benefits, using various means of communication.Global mobilityStreamline and handle the process of determining compensation conditions for employees in new locations, ensuring equity and market competitiveness.Manage pro-rata bonus calculations to ensure full compliance with tax regulations for both home and host countries.Oversee and govern compensation policies for relocating external candidates, ensuring consistency and fiscal responsibility.Research legal and tax requirements for cross-border talent movement within EMEA and other global regions.Model costs related to relocation and labor laws in different locations, while advising the business on prudent allocation of resources.Partnership with the Sales Organization teamAct as a strategic partner to the Sales Organization, supporting job grading and the maintenance of a clear job architecture.Design and oversee sales incentive plans together with the Sales Excellence team.Conduct market benchmarking and cost estimations to ensure sales compensation structures remain competitive.RecognitionParticipate in designing and implementing the corporate recognition programs to drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture, and take full responsibility for the administration of such programs by involving different parties and conducting the necessary communication activities.We'd love to have you on our team if you have:Experience and knowledgeA minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in benefits, compensation, or HRoperations within a multinational/global organization.A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience designing and handling global benefits and mobility processes. An in-depth knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and international mobility regulations would be preferred.Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plan administration (specifically Sales).Prior experience managing outsourced vendors and building positive relations with works councils or unions.Hands-on experience with the calculation and payout of bonuses.Skills and capabilitiesProven ability to create new processes and policies in ambiguous, fast-changing environments - you build structure where none exists.Strong analytical capability and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and influencing skills - you can distill complex compensation topics into clear narratives and persuade senior stakeholders.Confidence negotiating with vendors, external suppliers, and internal business partners.Self-motivation and initiative with a high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently with limited oversight.An appetite for speed and urgency without compromising attention to detail and accuracy.Logical, structured thinking with a natural inclination to quantify decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Google Workplace and HiBob, is considered a plus.Why join JetBrains?Strong base salary.
