Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• New Business Development:Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the target market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market Intelligence: Serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback on market trends, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing of deals.
• Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
• Qualifications and Requirements
• Singapore citizen.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. This includes spoken and written communication for business negotiations and presentations.
• Deep cultural understanding and familiarity with business etiquette in Singapore.
• Experience in the heat shrinkable materials & new energy industrial products industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
