About the role

This position will be located in a Shared Service Center, where the individual will work under very general supervision, responsible for preparation and administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments consistent with client requirements, government regulations and procurement policies/procedures.   • Required:
  • A HS Diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, and 0 to 2 years of related (government subcontract administration)

  • Drafts, reviews, analyze and negotiate contract and subcontract documents. Analyzes and negotiates related agreements
  • Develop, coordinate, and validate requirements matrix; track and report contract amendments and modifications
  • Develop and update standard contract forms.
  • Coordinates contract activities and positively interact with technical, business development and accounting staff.
  • SOWs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, RFI's, and evaluate responses on diverse types of contracts and agreements, as well as develop and submit responses to these documents.
  • Desired:
  • Experience in Costpoint and P2P systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules.
  • Advanced Excel and Word Document skills

  • The proposed salary range for this position is:
  • $39,400 - $78,200
