AutoCAD Drafter (Construction / Architectural)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed engineering, architectural, and interior drawings for residential projects
• Produce accurate shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and timelines
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants and project stakeholders for drawing verification and amendments
• Support the Project Manager in design development and drafting activities
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project delivery

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or related discipline will be an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting)
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction drawings and submissions
• Experience in preparation of shop drawings and authority submission drawings
• Familiar with local construction practices and submission requirements
