JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : HSE Executive Job Description & Requirements Job Responsibilities:- - Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective actions - Analyse areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to determine reasons for non-conformance - Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and practices - Conduct monthly HSE inspection and present the findings to all stakeholders. - Conduct Incident investigation - Develop an action plan based on best solutions identified during WSH solutioning discussions - Develop measures to enhance organisational awareness of environmental protection - Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements - Facilitate monthly safety committee meeting - Maintain QHSE documentation such as incident report, legal register, Risk assessment - Manage and maintain permit to work system - Organise internal audit schedules for quality, safety and health. - Review environmentally friendly trends in the industry for implementation Job Requirements:- - Minimum Diploma qualification and above - At least 3 years of relevant experience - WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health - Internal auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 preferable
