Responsibilities

  • Directly reporting to the Maintenance Manager, he/she will be responsible for the execution of maintenance activities through the application of the procedures contained in the applicable maintenance manuals and related PTAs.
  • The Maintenance Technician will be required to perform the following maintenance activities:
  • Removals and installations;
  • Inspections;
  • Servicing;
  • Functional Tests and Operational Tests;
  • Troubleshooting instructions;
  • Defect rectification and closure;
  • Helicopter ground handling;
  • Adjustment or setting of components and equipment;
  • Structural repairs.
  • Activities are performed in accordance with the authorization issued by the Maintenance Manager and recorded in the individual technical logbook, which shall be known and properly maintained by the technician.
  • The technician operates under the supervision of Support Staff or Certifying Staff.
  • Training & Development
  • The onboarding and development path will be tailored according to the candidate's previous experience:
  • No previous experience: initial pre-operational technical training before becoming operational;
  • Less than 1 year of experience in LHD assembly or experimental departments: approximately 6 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT);
  • Less than 2 years of experience in a similar non-LHD role: at least 12 months of structured OJT;
  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar non-LHD role: direct operational integration with company-specific training.
  • Throughout the development path, technicians will progressively acquire autonomy while operating under the supervision of experienced personnel.
