About the role

Do you believe youth athletes deserve more than cookie-cutter workouts and outdated drills? Are you passionate about shaping not just stronger bodies-but more resilient, confident young people through sport and science? AMP Lab has been promoting exercise sports science and evidence-based training since 2009. We coach with purpose, treat with science, and grow with heart. Our integrated team of physiotherapists, strength coaches, and sports scientists is looking for a Youth Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead and elevate our youth performance programmes-while also supporting general population clients in building lifelong strength. If you believe in the long-term athletic development of youth and the power of strength training for every body, we want to hear from you. Who We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology or related field - Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA) and NREP or NROC registered. - At least 1-2 years of experience coaching youth athletes (ages 10-18) in individual or team settings. - Strong understanding of long-term athletic development models, growth and maturation principles, and safe youth training practices. - Able to coach foundational lifts and movement patterns to general population clients safely and effectively. Safesport educated or certified mandatory - Excellent communicator with young athletes, parents, and adults alike - Bonus: Experience in a multidisciplinary rehab or performance setting
