Job Summary The RPA Support member will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of Robotic Automations support. The role demands strong technical skill in understanding applications, network, databases, servers and storage troubleshooting and analysis. The role includes maintenance of all RPA bot configurations, and bot access management while following Bread Financial information security compliance policies. Understand, support, and handle all technical issues falling under RPA platforms like UiPath. Essential Functions of the Job: The scope of this role includes but is not limited to: Schedule and monitor bots in production Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability of automated business processes and resolution of any issues that affect the execution of bots Publish dashboards with bot execution results Co-ordinate with business SMEs for process exceptions or failures of bots Determination of root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect) Liaison with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents Provides for the ongoing operations, availability and stability for RPA infrastructure such as Servers, UiPath Orchestrator, network and VM as per requirements and business directives. Supports and reviews Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and other metrics to ascertain appropriate performance of all ServiceNow tickets related to RPA. Alert Monitoring, Reporting and Escalations Monitor the event, bots, virtual Machine alerts and notify the concerned team and process the requests from the end-users to support engineers. Monitor the availability of the Database events like DB availability, Instance availability and the space availability of disk drives and file systems. Monitor the database related activities, respond to calls from the Application support and developments teams. Monitor the backups, recovery errors, respond to the request regarding the restoration of the DB. Monitor the metric alerts, performance-related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, high Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query tuning. Monitor, Troubleshoot and fix & integrations between RPA & Managed nodes/echo systems Create and maintain appropriate documentation of all RPA Support team to ensure up to date inventory. Bridge various teams and if needed involve vendor (UiPath) support. Take ownership of issues reported on RPA platform. Work with peer to ensure that all RPA issues are addressed. Ensure the uptime is consistent for all BOTs. Documenting all procedures related to RPA support and keeping Operations Handbook updated. Accountable for every assigned task for fixing and delivering the right support. Adhere to Bread Financial IT Governance guidelines for Incident, Problem and Change Management. Provide workaround solutions where possible for business continuity Liaise with the senior support/development team for patches and CRs for production deployment. Escalation and Interaction with the Incident Management team in case of any platform instability (RPA) Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Ability to read and understand code (Code-competency) for diagnosis, and escalation General knowledge of SQL Creation of simple queries, running pre-defined scripts, configuration, security, and interpreting logs and traces. Demonstrable knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft SQL ServerGeneral understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environments Additional requirements of this role: Participate in a shift pattern/on-call rotation providing covering 24 X 5 IST On Call and weekend coverage Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work extra non-standard hours Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet agreed deadlines, with demonstrable Productivity (Incident Completions etc.) Ability to work in a culturally diverse and inclusive environments Required to work in a virtual Environment Job Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an Information Technology/ Information Services role Minimum 1 year of experience in UiPath Business Process Automation/Robotic Process Automation Understanding of IT solution design, development methodologies Strong analytics skills to understand the business process, deployment skills, log analysis. Must have experience with UiPath Education: Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
