Software Engineer II, Developer - Salesforce - Cell Therapy

Responsibilities

• Developing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Understanding / Influencing user stories, product architecture, release roadmap, development tools and processes
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications in a close-knit product focused team environment
• Contributing to timelines and development goals
• Unit Testing and coordinating with Testing resources
• Troubleshooting, Root cause identification, Support Case creation and remediation
• Review and contribution to SDLC technical documentation
• Maintaining the security and integrity of all application software
• Qualifications & Experience
• Experience developing, designing, and customizing Salesforce applications
• Experience developing / designing custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience using Flosum and github for source control / release management
• Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Exposure to / experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce
• Understanding of web development technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Knowledge of data migration and data management tools and techniques, such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Requires thorough knowledge of the principles and concepts of a discipline and developed knowledge of other related disciplines, typically gained through a university degree and 3-5 years of experience
• Persuades and negotiate effectively with stakeholders in being able to coordinate actions for achieving the desired outcome
• Articulates and presents complex information clearly and concisely across all levels. Demonstrates abilities and knowledge in being able to explain and present complex topics clearly
• Participates in decision making and brings experience and ideas to achieve team objectives
• Identifies short-term and long-term development goals aligned with current capabilities
