Responsibilities

  • Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems
  • Exposure to / experience with Einstein AI, Agentforce
  • Understanding of web development technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of data migration and data management tools and techniques, such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security features and best practices, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Requires thorough knowledge of the principles and concepts of a discipline and developed knowledge of other related disciplines, typically gained through a university degree and 3-5 years of experience
  • Persuades and negotiate effectively with stakeholders in being able to coordinate actions for achieving the desired outcome
