Sr SAP TPM , Amazon Leo Governance

About the role

The Governance team includes basis, security, compliance, automation and performance testing, data governance, change and release management. The TPM's main focus more on the basis requirements, but will include touchpoints with all of the teams operating under the governance team model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years in basis or database management.
• 10+ Years of SAP experience.
• 5+years technical architecture
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• Worked on large scale S4HANA systems.
• Experience with NS2 RISE or Infrastructure as a Service

The SAP Technical Program Manager is a key resource within the Governance team. The Governance team includes basis, security, compliance, automation and performance testing, data governance, change and release management. You will oversee complex SAP initiatives, coordinating engineering, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions. Key job responsibilities The SAP Technical Program Manager is a key resource within the Governance team. The Governance team includes basis, security, compliance, automation and performance testing, data governance, change and release management. An SAP Technical Program Manager oversees complex SAP initiatives, coordinating engineering, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions. A day in the life This individual will help lead major initiatives for the team which include: Support pack application/testing SAP Application upgrades HANA Database upgrades Migration to NS2 RISE Coordination between teams to ensure SIT, UAT testing is performed. Quality Gate Checks are enforced and Release Management reviews/sign offs are completed. This individual will work closely with basis to ensure that disaster recovery has been performed, system refreshes are completed and coordinate monthly maintenance windows.
