Office Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Boost new sales leads through proactive customer outreach, including catalogue distribution and cold calling.
• Handle indoor sales inquiries and orders via phone and email
• Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
• Coordinate sales logistics, including machinery delivery and site arrangements with foreman and clients
• Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations
• Maintain and update sales databases, including orders, machinery and operator movements
• Develop and manage proper filing systems and sales records
• Coordinate with site and finance teams on sales-related matters
• Follow up on payment receivables

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level, Diploma in Commerce/ Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field are preferred.
• Have relevant experience with 2 - 5 years and above in similar role
• Able to possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
• Have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work
• Proficient with Microsoft Office based applications
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours
