Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry- and mid-level roles, from new vacancy intake to offer, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring managers through structured selection decisions

  • You can manage multiple vacancies at the same time and keep processes structured and on track
  • You communicate clearly with candidates and stakeholders at different levels
  • You have experience working with recruitment systems (preferably Workday) and keeping data accurate and up to date
  • You have basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and labour market trends
  • You work independently on standard recruitment activities and know when to seek support
  • Experience in recruiting for technical roles is a plus
  • Native level of Spanish and professional level of English is a must. Catalan is a high plus.
