- You have experience working with recruitment systems (preferably Workday) and keeping data accurate and up to date
- You have basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and labour market trends
- You work independently on standard recruitment activities and know when to seek support
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles is a plus
- Native level of Spanish and professional level of English is a must. Catalan is a high plus.
