About the role

The Role The firm's structured finance and debt capital markets offering is a key area within the firm's broader practice. The successful candidate would work within the Structured Finance Group, advising our clients on some of the largest, most complex and high value deals in the market. The candidate would have the opportunity to gain experience across a broad spectrum of finance mandates, including: Advising Irish banks and non-bank lenders on the securitisation of their residential mortgage and auto loan books; Advising international banks and financial institutions on all types of structure finance transactions involving Irish "section 110" companies Advising various private equity and hedge funds, credit funds and other institutional clients on the establishment of direct lending platforms and other credit transactions; Advising managers, arrangers and investors on CLO transactions; Providing structuring solutions for various private equity and institutional credit and asset managers. This often entails working with other specialist practice groups in the firm such as investment funds and tax; Advising on all forms of fund finance; and providing advice (together with our colleagues in our Financial Regulatory Group) on all types of regulatory matters pertinent to our practice group. Background and Experience The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor This firm will consider candidates between 1 and 4 years PQE. The successful candidate must have structured finance experience either from a training contract or from (at least) a mid-tier law firm. The successful candidate will be ambitious and enthusiastic and will excel in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
