Monitor construction progress against programme milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures to maintain delivery targets. Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented effectively, including inspections, testing, and compliance with specifications and industry standards. Proactively identify, manage, and resolve construction issues as they arise, maintaining alignment with wider project objectives and stakeholder expectations. Proven experience in a site-based construction management role, delivering complex works in live construction environments. Strong technical background in civil works, including reinforced concrete structures, earthworks, excavation, and major infrastructure interfaces. Experience within the water, utilities, energy, or heavy infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous, particularly on treatment plants or water-related assets. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams, subcontractors, and stakeholders concurrently. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive progress and maintain focus on safety, quality, programme, and cost. A proactive and collaborative approach, with the capability to operate effectively within a large, multidiscipline project team.
