Responsibilities
- Influence the Global MFG Test strategy with an assessment including writing the forward-looking engagement model with CMs and internal partners

- Own the test capability of the reverse logistics strategy to set-up and support returns testing across future products.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or automation (assembly, inspection, test station design, or factory deployment)
- Experience working with wearables and/or consumer electronics at a large scale
- Experience leading and developing test teams across multiple sites
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience leading development builds and mass production with global manufacturing partners
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across domestic and international factory sites
- Strong background working cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, systems, quality, and operations teams
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cultures and time zones
