Job Location Cincinnati Job Description The Operations administrator holds a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for understanding and optimizing various operational processes. They serve as the go-to person for navigating and utilizing the organization's systems and tools to enhance productivity and ensure seamless coordination with Daily Operations members. As an Operations administrator, this individual will master the intricacies of the operational systems (TMS/SAP/E2Open) and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence. Job Responsibilities Logistics & Route Optimization and schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce fuel costs.optimizing transport routesPlanning and Tracking shipments and deliveries using Transportation Management Systems (TMS), T ariff, SAP, E2Open, Power Query Assigning routes and communicating daily assignments to drivers and dispatchers. Documentation & Record-Keeping (BOL) and proof of delivery. Processing vital shipping documents, such as bills of lading to ensure accuracy. Reviewing and maintaining driver logbooks Preparing and filing records for fleet maintenance, inspections, and equipment repairs. C ompliance & Safety Monitoring and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal transportation safety regulations Tracking driver credentials, including commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) and mandatory training certifications. C ommunication & Administration Serving as the main liaison between management, drivers, and other departments (e.g., customer service, warehousing). shipments, and general delivery complaints. Resolving client issues, over, short, and damaged (OS&D) Processing purchase orders, and transport invoices Job Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or relevant field A minimum of 2 years in a transportation operations environment, Background in data and analytics and capability to navigate Tableau Dashboards Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
