Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to drive Collaboration revenue growth across assigned Global Enterprise accounts in the Western U.S.

  • Experience developing and executing territory and account plans within large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as business needs require.
  • Experience selling collaboration platforms such as Cisco Systems Webex, UCaaS, CCaaS, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or related workplace technologies.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid work, employee experience, customer experience, and AI-driven collaboration trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and line-of-business stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and skilled at navigating highly matrixed organizations while driving customer success.

  • The starting salary range posted for this position is $287,300.00 to $371,700.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
