Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships and/or program management, ideally in a consumer technology business
- A strong cross-functional operator who can manage external relationships and internal teams simultaneously
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- An excellent communicator - equally comfortable in a partner QBR and an executive update
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement
- A self-starter and creative problem solver who thrives with ownership
- Someone who's comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution as the situation demands

This role will focus on supporting and scaling PSA's strategic partnership with eBay, helping collectors seamlessly authenticate and grade their items across platforms. The Program Manager will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance the PSA-eBay authentication and grading experience. They will coordinate efforts across product, operations, marketing, finance, and analytics to ensure projects stay on track, performance is monitored, and opportunities become realities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and passionate about creating great customer experiences through partnerships. You'll report to the Director of Strategic Partner Services and work from our Santa Ana, CA office . Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time.
