About the role
You will be responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness. You will also identify, resolve and prevent drug-related problems. In addition, you will recommend and monitor patient drug therapy and provides drug information.
