Job Description : Asset Reliability Specialist Rubicon is seeking an Asset Health Superintendent supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Geismar . This position will report to the Asset Health Superintendent. Job Scope The Asset Reliability Specialist oversees the lifecycle, performance, and integrity of critical physical assets to maximize reliability, optimize cost, and support long-term operational goals. This role ensures assets are maintained, tracked, and improved through strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. In sum mary, as the Asset Reliability Specialist, you will: Develop and execute asset management strategies to improve asset reliability and availability. Maintain asset documentation, lifecycle plans, and performance metrics. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to prioritize asset investments. Lead capital planning efforts and support budgeting for asset replacement and upgrades. Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Oversee asset inventory systems and ensure accurate tracking of asset condition and value.
