Warehouse Operative - Invertek Drives This is a hands-on role supporting our production operation, with responsibilities including: Picking and delivering materials and orders to production areas Loading and unloading goods Operating forklift trucks (training provided where required) Stock control and inventory management Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Supporting continuous improvement within the warehouse operation Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who can work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to work. Working Hours This is a rotating shift role, alternating weekly between: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 (Early Shift) Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 (Late Shift) Occasional Saturday working may be required to support business needs.
