Bartender - Extra

About the role

We are currently seeking an extra Bartender to join our team. Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner. Delivers departmental plans and objectives, where hotel initiatives & targets are achieved. Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained. Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values. Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required. Work hours are mostly evening based, but can occur during the day Scheduling is on a "need be" basis, which means that you will become a part of our extra staff pool Must a proven track record in a similar role A positive and enthusiastic mentality Multitasking abilities with focus on efficiency and high quality service Excellent organizational and upselling skills A passion for producing high quality customer care Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards Clear thinker with excellent communication and creative flair Fluency in English. Both English and Swedish is desirable Must hold hold a valid work permit, Swedish phone number and Swedish account number.
