Responsibilities

  • Location: On Site- Monday-Friday - Scottsdale HQ
  • Managed customer accounts and collections activities, resolving billing issues and driving timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Delivered responsive customer service support by handling inquiries, processing invoices and credits, and ensuring accurate account maintenanceAt least twice a week process POs, Invoice Preparation, Mail, etc. in HQ Office
  • Process all Sales Tax Credits
  • Request all Sales Tax Exemption Certificates from customers
  • Update Sales Tax Exemption status for new/existing customers
  • Complete Weekly AR Remote bank deposits
  • Prepare Monthly Non-AR bank deposits
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures that support business objectives and ensure the effective and efficient processing of financial information to support Axon's growth
  • Support management in various projects to support Axon's growth, such as customer master clean-up and standardization, etc.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations
  • Supporting internal/external audit requests
  • As needed, partner on collection efforts for annual cash goal.
  • What You Bring
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant professional level work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent customer service, phone and shared mailbox management
