Design Director - Branding & Packaging (India Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire design teams to deliver high-impact, strategy-driven creative work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and peers to shape future creative vision and drive the development of bold, breakthrough ideas.
• Provide constructive critique and strategic guidance to refine concepts, ensuring alignment with briefs and competitive differentiation.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver transformative, successful projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-disciplinary teams within a branding or design agency, managing projects from concept through to full delivery.
• Strong creative impact with the ability to oversee and execute end-to-end project delivery to a high standard.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
