• As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward by transforming patient care and improving patient outcomes.

• Role Summary:
• Compilation of different dataset to fruitful result, which a layman can understand
• Work with Team leaders and understand the requirements and fulfill with his data intelligence ability.
• Identify the pain areas and give an insight into what is the problem or root cause of the problem.
• Required Skills:
• Good understanding of end-to-end RCM processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge on Power BI is optional, but considered an additional benefit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work in night shifts / US time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com/BCA/BSc IT preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in Reporting
