Medical Innovation Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the regional medical strategy for assigned brands in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Brand, Sales, Products Research).
• Lead/ Enable the development of product claims and both non-promotional and promotional medical content, including toolboxes, educational modules, detailing aids, leave behinds, and digital assets.
• Manage & collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive scientific credibility and brand advocacy.
• Lead scientific intelligence initiatives to identify unmet medical needs, scientific trends, competitive landscapes, emerging therapeutic innovations, healthcare system dynamics, and competitor challenges.
• Design and lead scientific publication strategies , including the dissemination of medical and clinical data through appropriate channels.
• Support the creation and lifecycle management of global core documents , including Clinical/Technical Dossiers (CTD) and labeling documents, in close collaboration with regulatory and global teams.
• Contribute broadly to innovation projects , co‑creating and influencing the strategic direction of research activities and scientific priorities.

• Job Qualifications
• What We Look For:
• A Medical Degree or Life Sciences Degree; PhD is an advantage but not required.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Demonstrated technical mastery in evaluating scientific data and extracting key insights.
• Passion for innovation, discovering new trends, learning, growing subject expertise and sharing across teams.
