• Contributes to the evolution of ABC Fitness's AI-enabled engineering practices through experimentation, learning, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience, including experience operating at a Senior Engineer level or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of modern engineering practices, architecture design, and product development lifecycles.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Passion for mentorship, continuous learning, and improving team effectiveness.
• Technical Experience
• Strong professional experience developing software in Java.
• Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with modern testing, obs ervability, CI/CD, and software delivery practices.
• AI-Enabled Engineering
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows to improve productivity, quality, learning, and engineering effectiveness.
• Ability to effectively partner with AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong engineering judgment when applying AI-generated solutions.
• Experience with PHP-based systems and applications.
• Experience with React and modern front-end technolo gies.
