Responsibilities
- Act as a professional representative of Klüber Lubrication towards customers, managing direct B2B sales within assigned industrial markets
- Take full ownership of the assigned sales territory , including planning, execution, and achievement of sales and growth targets

Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B direct sales , preferably in industrial, technical, or specialty product environments
- Proven capability in managing direct customer and key account relationships , ideally in an international or multi-country context
- Strong understanding of value-based selling concepts and translating customer needs into sustainable business solutions
- Experience working effectively in cross-functional environments (e.g. application engineering, technical experts, business development)
- Confident handling of CRM systems and structured, data-driven working style combined with high accountability and execution focus
- Fluency in Hungarian and English (both spoken and written)
