Scrum Master and Test Engineer

About the role

You will split your time between two important areas: enabling an Agile team as Scrum Master and working hands-on with testing and verification in a complex automotive environment. The role is centered on complete vehicle integration, with a focus on electrical systems and how new and existing functionality works together from an integration perspective. You will work in a setting where collaboration, structure and technical curiosity matter. Part of your role is to help the team move forward in a practical and sustainable way. The other part is to plan, lead and execute testing activities across the full test cycle, including fault analysis and improvement of test methods and environments. Job DescriptionYou will lead and support the team using Agile ways of working and frameworks such as SAFe. You will coach team members in day-to-day challenges and help remove obstacles that affect progress. You will facilitate Agile processes and strengthen collaboration, transparency and team effectiveness. You will perform complete vehicle integration testing and verification of electrical systems from an integration perspective. You will execute integration tests for both new and existing functionality. You will work across the full test cycle, including test planning, test leadership, test execution and fault analysis. You will contribute to improving test methods and test environments for current and future functionality. You will verify complete electrical systems through SIL/HIL testing activities. RequirementsEngineering background within Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working with Agile methodologies. Experience in verification and/or validation. Experience performing testing activities and fault analysis. Python experience. English required. Valid driver's license. Nice to haveExperience with SIL/HIL testing. Experience with complete vehicle integration testing. Experience working with electrical systems from an integration perspective. Experience with SAFe. Scrum Master certification. Truck driver's license.
