Additional Information

Ensure procurement compliance with company QA/QC requirements (PO/SO validation) Perform receiving inspections of equipment and materials from vendors Conduct quality audits of vendors and drilling contractors Define and enforce technical storage specifications for drilling and wells equipment Implement and maintain Service Quality Plans (SQP) in line with API Q2 and service criticality Coordinate and follow API Q2 audit plans for service contracts Organize and supervise equipment inspections at contractor locations Manage equipment release process prior to rig mobilization (Final Release Note system) Implement and maintain inspection reporting systems (IQ-ALL, IQ-NPT) Track and manage NPT events, NCRs, and continuous improvement actions Support failure investigations and root cause analysis (troubleshooting, cause tree analysis) Conduct monthly performance reviews with service contractors Ensure service performance monitoring through scorecards and SQM Support drilling operations with QA/QC expertise and standards compliance Provide monthly reporting on QA/QC performance and improvement actions Participate in audits of rig management systems and corrective action tracking
