We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment community in Midwest City, OK. Handle resident relations, resolve complaints, and enforce lease compliance in accordance with fair housing laws and company policies. Approve invoices, monitor vendor performance, and coordinate contracted services. Maintain accurate records including rent collections, deposits, delinquency tracking, and lease files. Report directly to Regional/Corporate leadership with weekly updates on occupancy, financials, and operations.
