About the role

This position is located in the Chief Information Officer Organization, Infrastructure and Operations Services Branch of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The incumbent supports the design, development, integration, configuring and testing of Microsoft 365 Platform services and solutions for implementation throughout the FDIC, serves as a project manager/lead as appropriate, and provides technical tier-three support of such services and applications to the FDIC Operational areas. Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the grade 13 level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as leading procurement and managing the development, implementation, and testing of Microsoft 365 Platform services and solutions.
