Build and nurture online communities - creating spaces where LemFi's audience feels seen, heard, and connected. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and community partners who speak authentically to our audience. Direct and collaborate with videographers, photographers, and content creators to bring ideas to life. Monitor performance metrics, draw insights, and use them to improve content strategy over time. Help shape LemFi's brand voice and social strategy.
Requirements
- You have a strong aesthetic sense - you know what looks good and why it works on each platform.
- You're connected to UK diaspora communities and understand the cultural nuances that make content resonate versus fall flat.
- You spot trends before they become mainstream and know how to act on them quickly.
- You build genuine relationships - with audiences, with creators, and with collaborators.

- Required:
- 3-5+ years of social media experience, ideally at a brand with a multicultural or diaspora-facing audience.

- Hands-on experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
