You will be responsible for governing and managing incoming performance support requests, maintaining the structural integrity of the enterprise performance support tool, and optimizing content to be easily consumed by users and AI-driven bots across the enterprise. This role is critical to daily strategic operations, ensuring that high-priority, real-time content is available to users at the exact point of need. Authoring, reviewing, editing, and publishing critical performance support materials covering complex pricing matrices, product solutions, promotional logic, technical processes, and equipment specifications. Applying comprehensive metadata, tags, and asset categorization within strict guidelines. Acting as the primary liaison for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs); synthesize technical documentation into highly structured, user-centric, and digestible operational content. Proactively auditing the enterprise knowledge base to identify content drift, executing necessary modifications to align with rigorous editorial style guides and brand compliance. Designing intuitive content layouts, user pathways, and technical documentation structures that optimize the user experience. What we're looking for... We are seeking a precise, systematically-minded professional who thrives on structured data, content writing, following editorial style guidelines, and modern knowledge management frameworks. You possess a rigorous attention to detail, excel under strict operational guidelines, and understand how to translate complex technical workflows into flawless, executable digital content. You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience Four or more years of relevant professional experience in technical writing, or knowledge management. Documented proficiency working within enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) and web-based development tools. Proven experience authoring, writing, managing, and maintaining enterprise-level intranet content and internal knowledge bases within a corporate ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to independently ingest dense documentation and restructure it into simplified, step-by-step processes and procedures. Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace environments for data tracking and content collaboration. Background in project management and advanced stakeholder negotiation. Experience optimizing content ingestion for AI Search, LLMs, or Natural Language Processing (NLP) bots. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Documented proficiency working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe DAM (Digital Asset Manager). Where you'll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
