- Training & Stakeholder Support
- Provide channel operations training to:

- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and deliver channel operations-related data analysis and reports, including:

- Contribute to improving data quality and reporting efficiency
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Business, Management, Operations, or related majors preferred
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in:
- Channel operations
- Distributor management
- Commercial operations or sales support
- Experience in medical / healthcare industry channel operations strongly preferred
- Core Skills & Competencies
- Strong execution discipline and attention to detail
- Clear and structured written and verbal communication skills
